Fight Camp offers a variety of exciting and new fitness classes to keep you pumped and entertained! Fight Camp is a mix of mma conditioning, cardio kickboxing and martial arts to get you in the best shape of your life.
Fight camp, a mix of martial art drills, MMA conditioning, and boot camp style circuit. Fight Camp is excellent for learning to fight, stay in shape and have fun at the same time. Fight camp is a unique way to stay in shape and a way to lose weight fast. Our students range from vets that want to defend themselves to moms that want to lose weight.
We also offer privates and semi privates as well for fitness and self defense.
Not another punch and drill in the mirror class. Real self defense with real purpose. Train in a way with confidence and eliminate the habit of second guessing yourself. Train with stand up drills, ground drills, pressure testing and tactics.
